The WPCA plans and directs the development, construction and operation of community water and sewage supply, disposal and distribution facilities, and recommends financing, as may be required to properly serve the water and sewer needs of the town. The WPCA meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Town Hall Annex. Their meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.
