MOTION to approve three tax refunds in the combined total amount of $24,255.39. Each refund exceeding $2,400.00 individually. Council action is required in accordance with tax collector departmental procedures.

• Scient Federal Credit Union for Ryan & Kerrie Landry $7,686.86
• Hajjar Management Co. Inc. for Gales Ferry Realty Trust $12,971.70

Background:
In accordance with policies established for the Tax Collection Department, refunds to taxpayers exceeding $2,400 are to be approved by the Town Council.
The tax refunds for Devon & Angela Hunter and Gales Ferry Realty is due to three installments being paid instead of two.
The tax refund for Ryan & Kerrie Landry is due to a military related adjustment to the property assessment.
