Background:

The Town of Ledyard Planning and Zoning Commission shall not accept or consider any application for any new Conventional, Open-space or Conservation Subdivision for a period of six (6) months commencing from the effective date of October 1, 2022. The reason for the moratorium is to allow the Ledyard Planning and Zoning Commission sufficient time to amend the Subdivision Regulations to be consistent with the Zoning Regulations.
