Background:
Mr. Warrington is a Licensed Civil Engineer in Connecticut graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1994. He has been employed as Regional Discipline Leader for Connecticut for Colliers Project Leaders since 2013; working as an Owner's Project Manager overseeing all of their services throughout Connecticut.

Mr. Warrington's past work experience includes State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) and Eastern Connecticut State University.

Mr. Warrington's saw new the "Ad Hoc Committee to Develop a Process for Capital Improvement Budding Projects" and thought that this was an opportunity for him to give back to his community.

Mr. Warrington would like to help the town improve its processes for the execution of their projects to ensure that the town gains the best value, and that they also executes their projects within the local and state laws to ensure the town is reimbursed, where applicable, to the maximum extent possible.


Administrative Notes:

The "Ad Hoc Committee to Develop a Process for Capital Improvement Building Projects for the Town of Ledyard" was a short-term six-month assignment. This Committee called for 7 Members, with six members being appointed at the Town Council's April 22, 2026 meeting.

The seventh position was calling for a member from the Community-at-Large with Construction Management Experience.
