Department Comment/Recommendation:
Jessa reviewed the need for an Internet Permission Form with Brian Grimmer, the library’s E-Rate consultant. It was determined that a permission form is not needed to participate in E-Rate. As long as the Library has filtering software, we are in compliance. Jessa recommends removing the form.
