Background:
PZC adopted amendments to the existing Accessory Dwelling Units(Accessory Apartments) on 7/28/22 to comply with the new statute. PZC considering opting out anyway to have the flexibility to deal with unforeseen consequences.

MOTION to set Public Hearing to discuss opting out of provisions of CGS 8-2(o) pertaining to Accessory Apartments.
