Background:
To provide for a seamless transition the Town Council and its Subcommittees have traditionally forwarded outstanding business items to the incoming Town Council. (please see attached memo dated 10/26/2023)
1. 2024 Black History Activity/Contest.
2. Community Outreach Informational Forums at the Ledyard Farmers Market regarding the services the town offers; how to access services, and the authority residents should direct concerns regarding services.
3. Host “Informal Conversations in the Park” to engage residents in discussions regarding their concerns and their ideas for potential solutions
