Background:
During the Board’s February 20, 2024, meeting the following vote was approved:
Motion to APPROVE a monthly retirement benefit for Jean Dutton in the amount of $1568.97 in the form of a modified cash refund annuity effective April 1, 2024.
Ms. Dutton has since elected the 50% Joint and Survivor option (not the modified cash refund annuity option). Therefore, a new vote will need to be put on the agenda for the Board’s March 19, 2024, meeting to approve Ms. Dutton’s Joint and Survivor election.
