VII. OLD BUSINESS
Property Walks.
1.
Chairman Marelli reported that Burton is in good shape. Chairman Marelli and Mr. Cohen
walked the property with Avalonia Land Conservancy on November 8, 2025. A foot bridge will
need to be installed in Pike Marshall. Ideally the trail should be wide enough to accommodate an
ATV which will be needed to haul out a large amount of lumber. The other reason a wider path
is needed is to fit an emergency vehicle.
