Chairman Pro-tem Brunelle called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers,  
Town Hall Annex Building.

MOTION to enter into executive session to discuss pending litigation concerning School  
Projects Contracts.

The Executive Session to include all Town Councilors present, Mayor Allyn, III, and  
Administrative Assistant Roxanne Maher.  
Moved by Councilor Dombrowski, seconded by Councilor Garcia-Irizarry  
VOTE:  
8 - 0 Approved and so declared  
Entered into executive session at 6:35 p.m.  
Came out of executive session at 6:58 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT  
Councilor Buhle, moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilor Dombrwoski  
VOTE: 8 - 0 Approved and so declared. The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
