The Town of Ledyard Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission, on Saturday, November  
22, 2025 at 8:00 am, will hold a Site Walk/Special Meeting in the area of 46 & 59 Lambtown  
Road Extension, Ledyard, CT.  
Conversation at the site walk will be strictly limited to location characteristics from the plans as  
they relate to the field.  
I.  
CALL TO ORDER  
IC.hairman DeBrodt called the Special Meeting/Site Walk to order at 8:07 am. at Lambtown  
Rd. Ext. in the area of proposed culvert repair work at the approximate boundaries between 46  
& 59 Lambtown Road Extension, Ledyard, CT.

Chairman Debrodt seated Commissioner Graham as a Regular Member for absent  
Commissioner Pealer.  
III.  
SITE WALK  
Chairman Debrodt stated that there is no public comment permitted during the special  
meeting/ site walk and that conversation at the site walk will be strictly limited to location  
characteristics from the plans as they relate to the field.  
Ms. Burdick, Director of Land Use & Planning, reiterated the purpose of the site walk is to  
only show the commission the location of the proposed work as it relates to the location in the  
field further questions regarding the proposed work can be addressed during the continued  
public hearing scheduled for Regular Meeting of the IWWC on December 2, 2025.  
Steve Masalin, Director of Public Works & Town Engineer, pointed out the approximate  
location of existing culvert & piping beneath the roadway and pointed out the location of the  
proposed work to be conducted by installing the new culvert and a new pipe underneath the  
existing roadbed.  
Representatives of the Intervenors, Karen & Diane Lamb asked to submit a document to the  
IWWC. Director Burdick stated no exhibits could be submitted at the site walk, but the  
Intervenor could email the document to the Land Use Dept. where it would be marked as a  
public hearing exhibit and made available to the IWWC.

MOTION to adjourn made by Vice-Chairman Ribe, SECONDED by Commissioner Marelli,  
to adjourn the special meeting/site walk at 8:14 am.
