CALL TO ORDER
Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission, Marcelle Wood, called the meeting to
order at 5:45 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Town Hall Annex Building and on Zoom.

BUSINESS OF THE MEETING
Appointment of Chairman
A.
Chairman Wood reviewed the Planning & Zoning Commission bylaws regarding the
establishment of subcommittees. He appointed the Commissioner Nate Woody as Chairman
of the Planning & Zoning Subcommittee as well as Commissioner James Harwood and
Commissioner Rhonda Spaziani as Regular Members.

RESULT:
MOTION to set the Planning & Zoning Subcommittee 2026 Regular Meeting Schedule
The Commission and staff briefly discussed the meeting schedule.
B.
MOTION to adopt the Planning and Zoning Subcommittee 2026 regular meeting schedule
with the following dates: January 22nd 2026, February 5th 2026 and February 26th 2026.
