all at 6:00pm in the Town Hall Annex Council Chambers and via Zoom

Discussion Followed: The Commission reviewed the meeting requirements outlined by the
resolution. They concurred that they would set the quarterly meeting dates and schedule special
meetings as needed. The Commission noted that the prepared dates would need to be modified.
The Commissioner agreed that the schedule should read July 20, 2026 and January 25, 2027

The Commissioners briefly reviewed the resolution. Commissioner Garcia-Irizarry commented
that due to the election she is no longer part of the Land Use Committee and will have to resign
and Councilor Buhle will take her place. Chairman Woody added that the resolution states that
such bodies should be represented as much as possible and there would still be room for her to
stay on the Commission if she was interested.
