To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing in support of SEPARATING the current Planning and Zoning Commission into two 
commissions, one for Planning and one for Zoning.  

In my opinion, Planning for a community is quite different than Zoning. Issues brought before the 
Commission are often complex, and it may be difficult for Commissioners to have both Planning and 
Zoning hats on at the same time.  In addition, having separate Planning and Zoning Commissions may 
help to alleviate the workload for the volunteers who do this work for our town.
