Fox Run normally doesn’t go over the minimum of 573,276 gallons for the 172 Units. ($7,687.21)  Average is around 480,000 – 500,000.  If you’re thinking about crediting for the sewer overage it would be:

March = $25,226.07

April = $13,249.58

Total = $38,475.65 (which would be around three months credit.) 

 

FYI:  the credit will be applied to the sewer service, but both services will use the credit.

Just heads up:

I got a call from Kalia with from Fox Run, their looking for additional forgiveness on the water and repair invoice.  I tried to explain to her water is never forgiven and the repair bill is their responsibility.  I suggested she contact their insurance company.  I will keep everyone in the loop.
