NEW BUSINESS
Rules of Procedure for Ledyard Parks, Recreation and Senior Citizens Commission Powers and
Purpose.
Discussion on changing of Rules and Procedures for Ledyard Parks, Recreation and Senior
Citizens Commission Powers and Purpose
Mr. Johnson will check with Town to see how many people constitute a quorum.
Ms. Cobb handed a copy of the Planning and Zoning Commission By Laws for review to see if
we wanted to implement it the same way.
After much discussion, Ms. Crocker agreed to type the Rules and Procedures both ways prior to
next meeting for a final decision.
