UPDATE ON JULIET W. LONG HVAC PROJECT
Mr. Donaldson explained that this change order is for two bypass valves, which were previously
pneumatic but are being changed over to electric. Prior to this project the school only had one
valve which required both sides of the building to operate on the boiler at the same time, having
two valves will allow for separate control each wing individually.
