*Renters Rebate opens April 1st. Form are on the bulletin board along with what  
paperwork is needed.  
*Recert packets handed out 12/2024 due 3/1 which is 3/3. 10 tenants still need to turn in  
paperwork.  
*Lots of fun things scheduled see the newsletter :crafts, diamond art, sock bunnies

Ledyard Housing Authority Annual Report 2025 for CHFA  
1. Ledyard Housing Authority has one property located at 60 Kings Hwy Gales Ferry,  
CT with 30 elderly/disabled housing units: 22 singles approximately 420 square  
feet, 5 doubles approximately 520 square feet and 3 handicap units approximately  
620 square feet. As of March 1, 2025 all units are occupied with a total of 34  
tenants.  
2. No new construction projects are being undertaken by the authority at this time.  
3. No rental housing was sold, leased or transferred during the period of the report.  
4. No additional information at this time.

proposed new apts in Gales Ferry

Ms. Lauer stated a tenant suggested we get some new chairs for the community room.  
Ms. Lauer suggested to purchase 20 chairs. Old chairs would be sold.

Bathroom fans need to have sensor installed.
