I was recently notified by Ledyard WPCA’s billing software provider, CUSI, that the current version in use will reach its end-of-life in 2026. As a result, we will need to transition to their updated platform, UB4. The annual fee for UB4 is only slightly higher—just over $500 more than our current cost. However, there will be a one-time setup fee of $15,000 associated with the migration.  We pick up some nice additional features in report writing and tracking.

 

I’m thinking we can wait until first quarter to start the process.
