Chairman Woody called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Town
Hall Annex Building and on Zoom.

NEW BUSINESS
Discussion of proposed amendments to the Ledyard Zoning Regulations regarding parking
A.
Chairman Wood briefly discussed the intent of the Subcommittee as well as the handouts
that were provided to them by staff. He stated that he would like the members of the
Subcommittee to review the handouts and come prepared to the next meeting with
suggestions. They discussed overarching changes they would like to make to the parking
regulations.
Director Burdick commented that this is a good opportunity for the Subcommittee to
incorporate the new requirements mandated by House Bill 8002 in regards to multifamily
parking regulations. Director Burdick stated that there are more training opportunities for the
Commission on HB 8002.
