CALL TO ORDER
Chairman DeBrodt called the Regular Meeting of the IWWC to order at 7:00 PM. The meeting
was hybrid with some attending in person and others via Zoom.

NEW BUSINESS
IWWC#23-11AOR of Joan Nichols - Certified Forester, located at 140 Brush Hill Road,
Franklin CT, 06254, for an As of Right Application / Notification of Timber Harvest located at
241 Gallup Hill Road, Ledyard CT, 06339.
Joan Nichols, Certified Forester, at 140 Brush Hill Rd, in Franklin, CT, presented her
application. The Commission discussed and determined that per section 4.0, the application will
be classified as Class 'A', no permit is required.
IWWC#23-12AOR of Stephen Marquis for an As of Right Determination for backyard fencing
located at 95 Inchcliffe, Gales Ferry CT 06335.

Alex Samalot, presented the as of right application on behalf of the applicant. The Commission
determined the application to be Class 'A', no permit is required.
