MOTION to authorize the Mayor to submit an American Library Association

Application to obtain “Round II” of the - Libraries Transforming Communities:

Accessible Small and Rural Communities Grant in the amount of up-to $20,00 to

purchase a new circulation desk for the Bill Library designed to meet ADA

requirements and better serve individuals with disabilities
