CALL TO ORDER
Chairman DiRico called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. at the Ledyard Senior Center.

Carol Schneider, Alternate for the Ledyard Parks, Recreation and Senior Citizens Commission
Scott Johnson, Director of the Ledyard Parks, Recreation and Senior Citizens Commission

OLD BUSINESS
Rules of Procedure for Ledyard Parks, Recreation and Senior Citizens Commission Powers and
Purpose.
Commission members were given two versions of the Rules and Procedures, both containing the
same information.
Ms. Harding stated she would like anyone speaking to be limited to a length of time and that we
should follow Roberts Rules.
Mr. DiRico stated that he reserves the right to call the meeting to order if time gets out of hand
and that he would like to follow Robert's rules with flexibility. Any commissioner can also call
the meeting to order. We will follow the general guidelines of the Rules and Procedures.
Recommendation to forward the formal Rules and Procedures with categories to full
commission for approval.
