As of right now, the committee doesn’t have in the agenda a public comments section, but everyone is welcomed to attend our hybrid meetings which are the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm in the Council Chambers. There will be a discussion item in the agenda for the next meeting about scheduling a workshop with the public. In the meantime, if you can send us your experience and observations in writing that would be greatly appreciated. Correspondence will be included in the agenda by our Admin support - Jessica Michaud. Thank you very much for your help. The ad-hoc committee to study the potential separation of the P&Z commission into two separate commissions had in June its organizational meeting and in July our first meeting. I am the Chair of the committee and I am reaching out because you are a former member of the Planning & Zoning Commission. Were you a member of either the Planning or the Zoning Commission before they were combined and right after when they were combined? Could you share any insights, information, advice, etc. that you might have regarding your experience before and after the commissions were combined? Your thoughts on this topic will be greatly appreciated even if you were not a commissioner back then. Also, do you remember who were or might have been the members of the combined commission at that time? I would like to gather their thoughts too. Mr Treaster shared with us some of his thoughts and insights which are very much appreciated as they contain a lot of relevant information, but I would also like the committee to hear from other members at that time. Thank you very much for your help and I hope you have a nice weekend. Regards, Carmen Sent from my iPad Disclaimer The information contained in this communication from the sender is confidential.
